550 Colour Combo
Discussion
Have decided to go for a 550, but next decision is the colour. Initially I was thinking of TDF blue and tan leather (possibly Daytona seats with blue inserts) with blue carpet. Second choice would be red with tan, but what colour carpets??? Now, I've just seen a titanium car and what a fantastic colour! But, I'm not a huge fan of burgandy or blue leather... would tan work with titanium, or would I be better to go for black? Hugely subjective of course, but I'd like to make a (broad) decision on colour scheme before I start looking at cars if possible. Anyone got a titanium car with tan leather and black carpets? What's the general consensus of what works and what doesn't work on a 550?

Marlon, can't help you with the 550. But as someone who's recently gone from Noble to Ferrari, you're in for a treat

I've had Argento Silver and Blue - very discreet.
Also Blue TDF with Cream and blue interior (Makes Tan look quite dirty). This is a beautiful combo (and very grown up!)
Nice combination. The blue interior looks great... I have seen TDF with just Blue and that looked great.
I would say blue leather isn't a good colour..

I always thought Grigio Titanio and Bordeaux leather was "the colour" to have, very gentlemanly - well, it still is.
BUT ! Then I saw Welshman's Rosso and in true Victor Kiam style, I was so impressed with it, I bought one. Must be my 2nd (or is it 3rd) childhood.. but a great big Ferrari in red just does it for me.
I'm not sure which it is, tan or sabbia (sabbia I think).. but one of the interiors can look a bit like Caramac bars which is a bit sickly.

TdF with Blu Scuro leahter piped in Tan, with Tan carpets, I was looking for a TdF with tan but this was available and is in my opinion a bit classier

Never really liked red on the big cars, but must say the few I've seen of late (in pictures) look awesome.
I think the tobacco interior would look good in a titanium car if you don't want black etc.
Mark's TdF car also looks the nuts.
Bordeux is OK, but the dash treatment has to be done carefully. I think it ages well too.
With so many black and silver (ish) cars around, a blue or red one would be a nice change. Shields also look great on these, but I'd stick with standard wheels.

The interior on mine is tan which I think looks fine.
I think one thing that does help with the Red is to have the Scuderia wingshields - the yellow background sets off the red nicely. Other than that I think the TdF blue with tan, burgundy or black would look good and the Silvers with Blue or Grey look good as well.
