Seems group c has been taken over by peter auto in France.
Unless I am mistaken, Entry fees for 2016 have jumped from £8500 to £12000 for 2016 for C1/c3 cars whilst the declining c2 category has gone from a heavily discounted £5600 last year to £12000,that's over double and excludes le mans.
Far from encouraging the cheaper c2 cars, they seem to be making it less attractive. Maybe that's what they are after?
