Best tuning box for 330d (184bhp)?

I'm in the process of buying a 330d Touring to tow a covered trailer & kit car to events. I know that B4 too long I’ll want to up the power a bit & am a bit bewildered by the different tuning options ???
Are there any companies to be avoided?
Are there any products that are better than others?
Has anybody had problems with their insurance companies?

There is a German company called chiptune or something like that. They have sold there products on Ebay recently. I bought one of their chips for my 525TDS and the difference was amazing - it thrashes the petrol version now! Both torque and bhp up by around 10% and I've covered 30K miles since I fitted it (20 minute job) Only drawback is increased exhaust smoke when flooring it .... a small price to pay.

Oh and it cost a fraction of the Superchip - less than £60 iirc. Money well spent
