Does anyone know when the GTs are testing today? If the results are out, could you post them here? The mst-group website has results listed but when you click on them, they're for F3...

I tried contacting Silverstone some time ago asking whether the public were permitted to view testing other that F1 ... got no reply!

Just drive in behind someone with a racecar on a trailer, and say "I'm with them". I've got into Silverstone twice this way.

We got into the Birmingahm Motor show on Trade Day that way back in the early '90s. We were in a mk2 MR2 which had only just come out in the UK and was on loan from a local Toyota dealers. We just drove past the car parks and up the the security gates near the actual exhibition hall, wound down the window and said "We've got to get the car on the Toyota stand. We're late". The guard gestured us through and pointed us towards the nearest hanger door enterance to the toyota exhibition. We parked right outside the emergency exit (well, not right outside - that would be dangerous) and wandered straight in!

No bus ride across 12 miles of car park, no paying to park and no paying to get in. Result!
