Indeed, more pictures please.
This is the best bit of the e28, just a lovely bit of design. Very sad but I always note it!
Is there something wrong with me?!
Nope, I know what you mean. These cars as a whole are just a great piece of car design. Always looking at these in the classifieds. This is the best bit of the e28, just a lovely bit of design. Very sad but I always note it!

Looks good. I have never seen those wheels before though.
Early E28's rarely seen now, this is Spet 1982, no vented discs, no sun roof, no electric windows, no central locking, 3 speed slushbox, the narrower wheels with the chrome centre caps and 175/80/14 tyres. I've held onto it so long as its just so comfortable, an XJ6 has been and gone but I kept this.It drives better than my other one on 195/70's.
List of jobs waiting.
New discs, pads and wear sensors.
Refit the previous throttle position sensor to stop it hunting.
Fit replacement door catch.
New headlight bulb and new side light bulbs.
Sort out stop and tail light bulbs, god knows what is going on there.
Dry out in boot.
Clean and polish.
New front tyre, nearside.
Oil and filter.
Fit rubber bushes in alternator mounts.
Fix electric aerial.
Refit rear silencer that fell off in June.

I think the styling of the E28 is great, but I always found the proportions to be a bit off - it almost looks FWD, I reckon the front axle is too far back. I think the E34 did it better, same with the 3-Series' of the time.
Quick Photoshop to show what it'd look like with the front axle moved forward a bit, any better?

Anyway, looks awesome, nice to see it being used daily.

I don't think I've seen another with that combination of no sun roof, power windows & no central locking. Rare indeedIt drives better than my other one on 195/70's.
