Help - Need A New PH Email Address

A few months ago I had to change my email address but overlooked that PH has my old address, so I cannot receive PMs. I can change my PH password on my profile page, but there seems to be no way I can change my email address. Can someone advise what I need to do. Please don't PM me as I'll not receive it!!
