Torque wrench & breaker bar - 997.2 GT3

Hoping someone can help. My dad is taking the his 997.2 GT3 over to Europe in the next week or so and doesn't want to be left stranded if he gets a puncture. Where's the best place to get the correct torque wrench & breaker bar for 997.2 GT3?
