I used the below. They were very good and it was an easy fitting process.

These guys are popular in skydiving circles too - I was looking at getting a set done myself.http://www.ultimateear.com/motorsport.php
Not cheap (and the moulds alone are quite a bit)

I'm thinking about getting their cheaper ones (no earphones) as I've really caught the bug for tunnel flight (indoor skydiving) and it's properly deafening even with a pair of disposable plugs and a proper fuill-face skydiving helmet.

Please let me know how you get on with them - from your posts on here in the past I know you do things properly.

While the product is decent enough, UltimateEar after sales care isn't good.I'm thinking about getting their cheaper ones (no earphones) as I've really caught the bug for tunnel flight (indoor skydiving) and it's properly deafening even with a pair of disposable plugs and a proper fuill-face skydiving helmet.

How so?
The braiding frayed less than a year into ownership. Dropped them an email with a photograph and they said they'd take a look at it and determine if its a manufacturing defect. If it is, then they will fix for free. If they determine it isn't a manufacturing defect I'd have to pay 35 pounds for the 'inspection' and to return them to me as-is or the repair for a new cable is 60 pounds. Outside of a year however and any issue at all would incur a 35 quid 'inspection' fee.Not the kind of post-sales care one expects after spending 265 pounds on a set of impressions & plugs.
