The leather on my car is showing its age. I'm thinking of a retrim. Seats, steering wheel, central tunnel top.

I've got the old S Type leather seats. Seem fine just need a retrim. The backs have collapsed and been repaired.

The tunnel top has a small nick or two in it. I quite like how the newer models have a recess in front of the gear level. Might try and add this in.

The steering wheel is showing use where your hands go.

Carbon leather worth a look? Tie in the carbon used in the car? Anyone had any of these items retrimmed and can share the costs? Cheaper to buy a new wheel or retrim? There are two trimmers in town, so I'll try and pop into them in due course.

Leave it as it is and then you can say it's 'exquisitely well patinated ' in true Octane style if you ever sell her.

I've taken her a half way around the world with me, so she won't be sold. I rebuilt it last year, so it's a shame about the leather, but as the paint job went tits up, it's quickly blending in with the seats...

That's not a bad price per seat. Will probably be a bit more here as they won't be going back to the original trimmers.

My backs have both gone which I fixed once. The metal seat frame has cracked a weld on both, that's been repaired. They've had a hard life!
