I know most people just move the washers about and don't worry too much about what the actual angle is. But does anyone know what the minimum and maximum angle can be in degrees? I've got mine set at maximum caster but the using a caster gauge it seem to be a lot less than I was expecting.

Thanks, I measured it as 5.3 which is very similar. Just thought it would be more. Each washer seems to be about .5 a degree, so the range is much as the manual says, 4 +/- 1 (3 to 5) degrees. My chassis seems to be .5 out side to side, but not sure if that was from new or not.

My Birkin ran 7 deg for road use, now it runs 4.7 and all the race cars run 3 to 5 deg.
I also changed the Ackerman angle so its about 400mm in front of the rear axle for better turn in.
