seriously, prob not worth compromising for the sake of a few quid. Great units (just make sure you empty the tubes after use/turning off)

We've got a little Karcher thing that's good enough for most things. A bit more power would be nice. The thing that makes them better is the ability to flow more water. Anything can put not much water through at high pressure, the trick it so put lots through at the same high pressure.

It's one of These

But i'd probably go for one of these if ours broke tomorrow.

I got a Karcher a couple of years ago which is very good although with hindsight I would have looked more closely at the B&Q Performance Pro models - same if not better spec with 3 year guarantee

And make sure you've always got the lance trigger open when you unscrew the other end from the pump, or it'll take the palm of your hand off faster than you can say "FFFAAAAARKK".

Got something like that at work (not as modern looking) and it's good but be careful if you use it on your car if the paintworks not very new as it will remove it and the rust underneath.

I realise the retail models are not as powerful as commercial ones, but nonetheless it is easy to damage the paintwork. I have had experience with the heated all bells and whistles versions and managed to whip off a 60cm long stretch of paint off a new Toyota Corolla As soon as it gets under the paint, there is no stopping it! Good job the boss was understanding

Talking of pressure washes has anyonne noticed they loose pressure after a few years? I bought a karcher for about £70 from B&Q 2-3 years ago but I certainly noticed this last few months it's not got the pressure it did when it was new. Anyone got any ideas or found the same? Rich...
