are Pagid and Red Dot the same company?

Just bought what I thought was Red Dot pads to fit M16 gurling caliper but on the back they are stamped Pagid 514 FF, can anyone shed a bit of light on this.

Pagid's a brand under TMD Friction and Red Dot seems to be a seperate concern. Maybe just boxed wrong from your supplier
