too hot / too cold

leathers next to the skin, when I'm on the move its not too bad, no neck warmer either. Stopping for anything more than a minute and you soon get v.sweaty in the summer.
In the winter its gotta be thermal gloves with thermal liners, neck warmer, thermal gloves, protective jacket with the thermal liner in and all done up to the top, and sometimes even a fleece under all that. For leg warmth I wear waterproof protective overtrousers. Havent tried wearing my leathers under waterproofs but may do this winter to see which is warmer. I look like Mr Michelin man!!!

Leathers. Mine have vents (they look like pockets but they simply open up to reveal holes). Also the liner can be removed. To be honest when your travelling along you don't notice the heat (air is flowing all around you, even if like me you're only an active pillion rider). Its only when you stop that you get v. warm very quick. The difference is what you wear under your leathers. In winter you wear as much as possible in summer as little as possible
