Is this ringworm?

Found this on the lower belly of our 3 year old boston terrier on saturday, and we are not sure if its ringworm. It's not raised and she isn't scratching it. I thought it looked like a scar or dried skin, but not sure. Any thoughts cheers.

Hi, difficult to be sure. You probably should get the vet to have a look and maybe swab it.

It could also be a skin staph infection which requires antibiotics (common area for it) but admittedly you normally get pustules more than patches but not impossible.

as above, simple bacterial dermatitis 99% certain. May need Abs but topical fuciderm probably enough. HTH
