Electrician, Plumber, Gas/Central Heating Engineer

I am buying a house in Southampton that needs some work doing.

Anyone any of the above or able to recommend someone local to Southampton.

Some of work needed to be done:

Complete rewire - house hasn't had electrics changed since the 1960s if not before.

Central Heating has been put in but need some more radiators and some of those there moving to different locations.

Some gas wall heaters and gas fires removed.

Bathroom change/update - again bathroom probably is from the 1960s.

Not yet bought the house - planning ahead. Trying to get people ready to give quotes once we complete on the purchase.

Currently looking at end of September beginning of October for completion.
