any r8 v8 owners around with different exhaust

got myself a r8 v8 but its way too quite, but cant decide on the exhaust to put on. is there any local owners that have a aftermarket exhaust on there v8 that they wouldnt mind showing me.

im considering the quicksilver one but slightly worried it will be too loud. but i need somthing that is alot louder than i have.

somthing that crackles n pops on the over run would be great.

Theres a guy who parks opposite my shop every day who has a black V8 with an aftermarket exhaust. I'll ask him what make it is. I know its loud but its not obscene. Not the sort of guy you'd wanna know but i see him every day so i can find out. lol

best I have heard on the r8 is an Armytrix - check the Supercars of London youtube channel as Paul who runs that used to have that set up on his old v8 R8. not sure on costs etc though

yep the armytrix is awesome but at nearly 7k plus vat they quoted me this morning not including vat i would expect a months supply of coke and hookers to go with it

I had a Larini exhaust on mine. It was installed when I purchased it. Wow it gave a lovely low bellowing rumble.

They sound ok a low revs. But when giving it some it's very quite.
