Something to keep Racing Rod ammused

The most significant thing about those pics is that there were more than 11 cars.
Time to stop flogging the dead horse chaps.
There were 32 cars at that weekend. I worked really hard to get the car ready as it was JC-W's first race for over a year! A small mishap at Quarry gave us more work to do.
Jamie started 32nd and finished 15th!
Were you there Ratpit?

I don't think comments like that are hugely helpful.
It has been time to evolve the old horse into a newer one for some time - I think we all agree on that. I haven't been at all impressed by TVR's approach to this over the last couple of years, but we are where we are.
This year's proposals are improving - there is a 10 weekend calendar which includes a Days of Thunder meeting (also the TVRCC National event), engine lease costs are down, tyre bills substantially reduced by using GT spec tyres which will last 2-3 meetings not one, lower entry fees, National B status, regs relaxed to accept 2 seaters - and for those with the money or inclination - the new Sagaris. There is also talk of securing TV coverage again.
Yes the Tuscan Challenge as we knew it is over, and yes it will take a number of years to increase grids with new cars. I also think it requires more commitment from TVR as a company (as opposed to John Reid as an individual).
However, it could grow back into a top line series if managed properly.
