Is it my imagination or are there no speed cameras in Kensington and Chelsea? I am sure that someone is paying the council off big time as there are roads in K&C which, if it were any other borough, there would be at least 2 or 3!

Considering there are so many super/high performance cars in this borough I find it a bit suspicious. The best run is from Green Park tube straight thru the under pass at Marble Arch thru Knightsbridge then thru High Street Ken. Also Green Park straight thru Gloucester Rd is camera free. When I was back home there were a few Arab guys with a 355, Diablo and an F40 who used these routes as their race track on a daily basis. The noise was incredible.

Westminster have got a couple up by Hyde Park so what is going on?

I'm fairly sure that there is at least one on Holland Park and there may also be one further down the Cromwell Road from where you turn off up to High Street Ken.
I shall keep and eye out for them now!

None on Holland Park. I live there and would loose my license within 4 hours if there was. It looks like there should be though. There is one the straight off the Shepherds Bush roundabout on the way to the A40. Goes into a 50Mph road for 1 minute but sometimes goes off when your do 50mph??? I am sure that this road is not included in K&C though as it is past the roundabout.

The closest one to Cromwell is past the Tesco heading towards Riverside(comes under Hammersmith & Fulham). Had many a race on that road. Best ones are when a little git in a Vauxhall or the like tries to test you. I always go flat out. Knowing where the cameras are I brake hard before them and...........say cheese git boy! Always when it's quiet mind. Saw a cyclist try and jump the lights at the intersection with West Ken. tube station. Not the best idea. He got hit side on and flew about 50 metres. Needless to say he didn't make it home.

Yeah I apologise, was driving down Holland Park last night - definitely no cameras! The only other potential place i could think of is along the embankment?
