K Series Engine oil

Hi.

Just wondering which is the correct engine oil for a standard 1.6 k series?

There's a plaque in the engine bay stating Comma Eurolite semi synthetic but on the Caterham Parts website it says this is for the old Xflow and not to be used for fuel injected cars, so I'm confused!

I've always used Comma 5/50 from the local motor factors.

I'm a new K-Series Caterham owner and using already the Caterham recommended Comma 5W50 Motorsports. Oil sump off (to check foam), new filter, and needed 5,6 liters to get the oil level right. My engine is wet sumped, has got a Mocal oil cooler and no Apollo tank.
