Switching off "EML" light after removing EGR? Where in wales

I'm going to remove the EGR On my 2007 VW Touran 2.0 (140) engine code BKD
Where in South Wales can I have the "Emissions Workshop" light off permanent, I know it will have to be reprogrammed, my question is where & how much will it cost, thanks?
