997 4 GTS front bumper split

Before I pick this up with my OPC I wanted to see if any other 997.2 owners have had a similar problem. Whilst washing and drying the car this morning I noticed that the plastic front bumper is starting to split on the top edge (split is about 10 cm near the bonnet release). I don't believe it's been there that long as I am sure I would have noticed it before. Car is a 2011 MY and a quick photo is attached.
