Saw you in Hassocks petrol station this evening. Your car looks very nice with it's fast exhaust and big wheels. And your exit was very impressive . All that noise and commotion for such scant reward. Anyhoooo.......

If I could offer just one piece of advice, it would be this:

Before lowering your suspension, always make sure that your big wide tyres don't foul the wheelarch, thus rubbing the manufacturer's name off the sidewall. You fcukwit.

From bitter experience also make sure the the inner edge of the tyre doesn't rub against the fuel tank. It makes the car entertainingly tail happy but very expensive to run!
