991 Carrera weird noise

Hello,

just got back from a trip to Austria with a 991 Carrera. After 300km on the way back, a weird noise started. It sounds like an old spring. It comes from behind. I wanted to know if maybe anyone here has had it before, before I visit a Porsche dealer.

Pop up the rear engine lid and oil its hinges and the 2 hydraulics. Heard similar noises from the back on my 991 GT3, WD40 did the trick.
