Any Scottish Mountain Bikers?

I moved to Glasgow last weekend and am keen to explore the mountain biking round here. Are there any local mountain bikers on here? Or any recommendations for local clubs as I don't know anyone up here at the moment.

I'm planning on heading to Glentress this weekend so will hopefully meet people when out and about.

Seriously though, here in Sheffield there's a group called Mountain Bike Meetups. At first glance it looks like a singles club but I'm reliably informed it's for any and all folk who fancy going on a mountain bike ride (honestly, the nature of this group and your username, I'm having to choose my words very carefully here). Anyway my point is, it might be worth checking if there's anything like that in your locality as Scotch MTBers are looking a bit scarce on here at the moment.
