ASDA On Your Marks Charity Event - Sat 8th August 2015

Hi all,

For anybody not aware, Bruntingthorpe Airfield and Proving Ground will host this year's ASDA On Your Marks charity event on Saturday 8th August 2015 (there's a very small thread in the General Gassing/Events section). There's lots to do for any petrol heads and loads for kids as well. Some activities include Go-Karting, driving an ASDA truck or a JCB, Skydiving display plus passenger laps in sports cars / supercars, plus lots more.

Some of us will be up there with the GTROC, giving passenger laps in Nissan R35 GTRs and, as it's for charity, I'm trying to drum up support be raising awareness of the event.

Unfortunately, there are not any places available to give passenger laps unless you are a member of the clubs already confirmed as attending but it should still be a fun day.

Another local Pistonheads forum member who will be up there with Daz doing the passenger rides in a GTR R35. I'm taking my car up for the second year and hopefully will be raising lots of money for the Asda designated charities.
