My Info when not on wifi - on Mobile device

Hi all.
I am sure this may turn out to be a 'just me, then' thread, but is there any reason / is there anything I can do when I used P/heads on my android mobile that I cannot access 'my info' (and therefore my contributions) when I am on a data eg 4G signal - I press the my info and nothing happens, ie no drop down occurs - but 'my info' and the drop down items show up when I am connected via wifi on the phone?
