2002 Focus 2.0 Ghia engine swap.

Hi,
Hopping someone will be able to advise. I currently own a 2002 (mk1) focus 2.0 Ghia. I am thinking of changing the engine for a 2.0 ST engine, most likely an ST170. Just wanted to know if anyone had done something like this before? Any advise on if this can be done and the sort of things I need to think about would be great.
