Brake bleed nipples

Anyone know a good cheap source for these? Think mine are M3.5 / take a 6mm spanner.
I just bought my first bike with hydraulic disc brakes (2nd hand Kona Hoss Deluxe), and thought I'd treat the brakes to a service...
Of course, you've guessed what happened, all tools and materials ready, gentle turn of spanner on bleed nipple and it shears off.
Thought it'd take all of about 30 secs to find replacements on ebay, but no!
