997 vs 991 Luggage compartment Dimensions (not volume!)
Discussion
I was surprised I couldn't find this online. The technical specs given by Porsche mention volume of the luggage/boot area but not the dimensions, which of course matter if you need to fit in non-flexible items like hard cases, prams, etc
Of course part of the problem is the area is not a standard square/oblong shape, but can anyone share the following of 997 and 991 in centimetres, I'm sure would be of use to more than just me!

Basically trying to work out which prams and which bags would fit! For any parents out there in the same boat as us, these appear to be the options:
1. The new Recaro Buggy Easylife is very small and light but may not fold exactly in the way that allows it to fit. Folded size: 49 x 58 x 26 cm
2. The old favourite of 911 drivers re prams is the Quinny Zapp: folded size: 75 x 32 x 29 cm, which I hear definitely fits
3. Finally in the Top 3 of small prams (I am told) is the Babylon Yoyo boasting a folded size of just 52 x 44 x 18 cm
So as you can see, if the Quinny fits as appears the case from elsewhere in these forums, it may be because the boot is deep enough but could handle no more on the depth and/or width, in which case the other two would fail.
I hope the above info is helpful to existing 911 owners looking to add it to their family fleet!
Would be great if anyone with a 997 or 991 could get out their measuring stick and help

If I get chance later I will stick a tape across my front boot on my 997, but I can confirm that this pushchair fits perfectly:

If you take the wheels off it stands up at the back of the boot and give plenty of room for bags etc. We just took our 18 month old son away for a week in our 997 with this pushchair. You can also lean it over to allow bigger bags to sit on top and cram coats etc. underneath it.
