Success at the Nurburgring

It was quite a good race dominated by the Zakspeed Viper and the Phoenix Porsche which were only seconds apart for about 18 hours. Sadly, the Porsche dropped out due to an accident so that the Viper was alone in the front with a lead of 5 laps (I think, at that time). Instead of reducing the speed to savely carry the car to the finish line the Viper went full on to break the old lap record (145). The race culminated in a quite funny finish. Usually, on the final lap all cars try to gather before the finish line inorder to cross it together with the leading car. They also did it this time but the Viper went on for yet another lap (147th !!!). The race was then flagged with the Zakspeed Viper not being the first car to cross the line. Big congratulations to everyone who finished that race.
