Hey Guys,
Took the Tuscan out for a drive today and all went well except about 30 mins before i got home she decided that she didnt want to let me out!
The seatbelts have always been a bit...'Frustrating' but the driver side jammed and would not move.
Ive taken it out and pulled it apart to have a look and the plastic locking tooth has snapped and jammed so needs replacing. Anyone know if you can get these for less than £110 plus vat?! Found them on offer on Race Tech Direct but just seems very expensive to me...
if not, i will have to just but the bullet
Cheers!

I replaced mine recently with metal old style ones - far nicer than red and black plastic. Not that cheap (think the pair ran me about 200) but if you are having to pay out - may as well get something different
These were who I used - no probs in mot where I took mine but strictly speaking not sure they are officially permitted on more modern cars (even though safety wise they are exactly the same inertia reels - over the shoulder etc.- just metal instead of plastic - go figure. It would be cheaper if you didn't go for the chrome seat belt runners etc.

Think I replied to someone a few weeks ago wanting to replace full race harnesses on his Tuscan.
I steered him to the Securon web-site. The company does loads of different permutations on the seat-belt theme. You do need to take measurements of the existing fitment to get the correct replacement.
