Such a shame, averaged less than 2 and a half miles per year for it's existence:

Having only done 18miles, I'm not sure that the 'no rev range incidents' is such a surprise...!http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/p...

They're just a unit of exchange for some. Can't understand it myself with all the glorious fun to be had, but takes all sorts.
Problem I have is piling the miles on mine, but life short and bank accounts are pretty worthless when your gone. umm... Philosophy for the day me thinks.
It is so completely wrong to let these wild creatures live only on a life-support machine in a cage. Problem I have is piling the miles on mine, but life short and bank accounts are pretty worthless when your gone. umm... Philosophy for the day me thinks.
Andy - I like your philosophy and I have enjoyed watching (from other lovely live cars) your RS having those miles piled on!

We'll this one with 5K miles on it is only 5K cheaper. Which does seem that they devalue at a pound a mile.
But you could also do a good few track days with the orange one and not lose to much?

Also do you need to run these engines in before hitting the track days?
I'm not sure the fact that it's on the original 7 year old tyres is a selling point!
I don't think its a problem at all and I don't know why people get hung up on it. I know many single people living in 4 bed houses, they don't seem to get the same flak. We're all different, some people just like to collect and admire as work of art rather than as a driving machine. Nothing wrong with that for the people who can afford it. While I'm piling the miles onto my 997T, I think its good that a couple of these will be kept factory fresh. Wish there was one of my 1959 TR3 knocking around to go and see!

Yeah, i've always thought if i won the Euromillions i'd have two of everything! One to go in the museum, and one for raggging.
My experience of buying older low mileage cars is they are trouble. Until my numbers come up on the lottery then, i would never buy a car like this as i do like to use 'em properly. I'd feel like a criminal using it, and there's more to life than worrying about a car.
