Error 500 Editing Advert

I've logged back in to my forums account so I can raise this about our trade account.....

Every time I try and edit an advert I am getting Error 500 when I try to confirm the changes (the green "Your ad is ready - continue" button).

Single



Time.

It's still happening.

When I spoke to your call centre last week I was assured that it is a known issue and you would have it sorted by the end of the week.

Now a week on I am told it will be at least another week before it is fixed.

And of course I had to log out of our classifieds account to log in to my forum account to complain, although it will probably be ignored once again.

Is Nathan around to comment?



The whole implementation of this single login system has been, from a paying advertisers point of view, an abject failure, a complete shambles.
