Hello, I am new so please be gentle!
I'm looking for some advice from anyone in the know...google hasn't come up with anything too useful so I thought I'd drop a post here.
I own one of 3 houses that share a driveway. My house actually owns the land whilst each house has allocated parking (for 2 cars) areas on the deeds. These aren't actually marked on the ground. There is also a visitor space.
Since I have owned the property everyone has parked in their allocated areas. If someone has had a party and there are more cars then everyone has been pretty patient and people have parked considerately.
My neighbour recently moved and is renting their house out. This house has 3 cars so uses their allocated 2 and the visitor space. My other neighbour has recently stopped parking in their spaces (they only have 1 car) and is now parking across mine. I haven't seen them to quiz them about this but knowing how crazy they can be Im dreading the conversation (they are much older than me and can be very aggressive) so wanted to know where I stand before speaking to them about this. Not only is it annoying that they are parking so close to my car it feels confrontational and makes getting out very tight.
What can I do if following a conversation they continue to park on my side? I am about to move out and my new tenants (who specifically wanted a place with off road parking) don't need to deal with this behaviour so Id like to get it sorted out before they move in...
Advice would be appreciated!
