Parking at cpop

I'm just in the process of purchasing tickets for weekend and noticed on the website that they are charging for parking £5, has anyone else noticed this. This will be my 6th year of going to this I think the decision to charge for parking if true could put a lot of people off going, this is not a cheap event to attend and I think the show has gotten smaller over the past couple of years, hopefully this year will be different! What are your thoughts.
I guess it depends on how you look at it, and I can't really comment as I'm displaying a car so not in the car park. Compared to a couple of adult tickets for a day it's not a massive amount to pay, and maybe it goes down a bit better to add this than bump up the ticket prices, but it is a bit annoying to have these things added.
It was a bit smaller last year, I have fingers crossed for this year as it's nice to have something like this locally and I don't like to think that it's having trouble growing, but of course we won't know for a couple of days.
