Deer stalking in Scotland - recommendations

I'm looking for a recommendation for one of my German colleagues, who would like to visit Scotland.

he regularly hunts in Europe, but never been to UK. It's not my bag, so I'd appreciate any input.

I haven't done any shooting or stalking there, but I've been all over the estate as I visit my friends couple of times a year; they know the keeper and his family very well. They enjoy working with experienced groups that can shoot straight but are equally happy to help beginners as long as they're not just arsing about. They will drink you under the table afterwards as well.
