Hi,
The fobs work fine to lock / unlock the car, but after turning the key in the ignition and pressing either fob, there is no oil light / fuel pump cut in. I have to use the push-in snodger thingy on the dash to the left of the pod which kicks the fuel in and turns off the immobiliser. How do I get my fobs to work again?
Thanks in advance smile
Mart.

I have the same on mine but it appears intermittent.
So far I have not managed to work out a pattern.

I find the snodger (great name for it!) a bit of a fiddle so often resort to taking the key out and locking/unlocking it.

I had a simliar thing recently and although that turned out to be defective start relay my local expert said in his experience these symptons are most commonly as a result of aging/underperforming battery causing the immobiliser to throw a wobbler, this requiring a workshop reset. One of the classic TVR electrical foibles I think.

When you say workshop reset is that something we can do? Mine often does it after the Winter then seems to sort itself out in the Summer.
