Karaoke bars in London?

Anyone know of any Karaoke bars in London area?

I don't mean karaoke nights in a bar/pub but a dedicated Karaoke place which has several private booths plus bar etc

I would have thought there would be at least a couple of places in London but I can't seem to find any apart from karaoke nights which isn't really what I'm after.

There is a chinese Karaoke in london but ive forgotton where on tinternet i found it.

there's a good place in Dean Street - doesn't have private booths though. Annoyingly, I can't remember the name, as I was trousered that night.

All the tables have their own beer taps. Excellent. Food was bl**dy good, too.

18 Frith Street Soho. Its a Japanese place with individual booths upstairs. Called BOX or something like that.

There's some Yo! Sushi restaurants which have karaoke bars in the basements, unsurprisingly called Yo! Below.

There's one in Soho and the other is in Farringdon although there may be others.

Quality night but the singing does get worse as the evening carries on...

Bouffy, the one with the beer taps is Yo Below on Poland Street. There is a booth type one on Dean Street. Callaghans runa Karaoke on Thursdays just off Picadilly.
If you go further outside London, Vibe in Epsom on a Thursday, Friday and Sunday, or of course Horatios on Brighton Pier. Tuesday Night in Brighton is The King and Queen (straight!).

I'm almost embarrassed to say it but met up for drinks with a friend last weekend and found out he is a 'member' of Karaoke Box and discovered a few others who regularly terrorise the soundwaves. I'm told ordering spirits by the bottle is very expensive here

There used to be a noodle shop in Richmond near the Red Cow pub where you could sing along with your meal (cheap too).

An old one but if you want booth style then try Assa at 02072408256, 53 St Giles High St, London, WC2H 8LH. Just behind Centre Point.

£30 an hour for the biggest room there, can fit 15 ish aparently other rooms might be cheaper. It's a cheap and cheerful Korean restaurant on the ground floor with karaoke rooms below.

I recommend a warm up before attempting La Bamba
