Just after a bit of advice really. I've had my 997.1 C4S manual since Feb. It has done 52k miles. I know that it needs servicing every two years but is it worth getting the oil changed annually? If so how much am I likely to pay at an independent? Would you service anything else on an annual basis?

Cheers

Thanks. Not got any plans for track days and it's a weekend toy so only likely to do 5000 miles per year in it. I am planning on keeping it long term though. Is there a how to guide to do it yourself? Are there any filters that need doing with it?

your oil wants changing every 5k anyway... keeping the car longterm or not. i'd try and consider her next owner also.

Definitely will change it annually then for sake of £200. Anything else that needs doing on a regular basis? Or just wait until the biennial service?

Check radiator ducts for a trash build up and clean these out if you spot any. If you drive the car at all there'll be trash in there.

Check the body water drains to make sure they are free of any trash build up.
