ok so the word Subwoofer in the topic header might have people in stiches but... I am soon to be the proud owner of a 'David Mellor' (my step dad) fully and lovingly restored TVR Taimar and I want to put a decent yet discrete sound system in it. I already have the head unit but am struggling to find good enough 4"/10cm speakers for the tail gate. I've read another post saying their classic has modern speakers in, was just wondering what size and model these were and whether anyone had successfully fitted a stereo you can actually hear in this beast of a machine! heh. Thanks. (p.s I've read about kenwood's WooX subwoofer specifcally designed for small spaces in mind. I don't think there is any room under the taimar's seats tho, is this correct?)

Two 8" subs in the shelf above the fuel tank with covers, 4" mids in door with tweeters above about where your knee is. The crossover is hidden behind the head unit.
