Drove an F12 today
Discussion
My best mate ever let me loose with his 2 month old Ferrari F12 today and I have only just regained my speech as the adrenaline has subsided. The sun and some dry roads gave us the confidence to push the beast a little, no where near its limits, but enough to get an idea of what the car is all about. I was completely and utterly gobsmacked at the level of power available. I can imagine in the wet the car would have to be a caged animal but as soon as some dry terra ferma arrives not a lot or nothing can touch it combined with the sumptuous level of alcantara and animal skin. Thank you, thank you Richard. My poor little 348 is very proud of its younger sibling.
Just got mine on March 1st and still running in so haven't driven it hard. Initial impressions are that it doesn't have the instant power of my GT2 RS but it is obviously very fast as the speed builds. I have been using the Manettino in the range wet to race with the bumpy road mode on in sport and race. Looking forwards to a trip to Germany next month. It is quiet on the motorway and the sat nav is better than my 612's which I never really learnt!
It is a car that really gets under your skin, partly down to the level of respect you have to give it, I want another go. Obviously out of respect due to the car not being mine I didn't let the red mist decend but would certainly like to explore its full throttle potential, but where can you go, I don't think it would suit a track? The answer has already been given, Germany! Have a great time Gavin

I think this is TDF that has been edited as was on sale with HRO London I seem to remember (may be wrong).

The only other that I know that comes close is Paul Baileys who has it I believe in Azzurro Monaco (epic colour which has been seen on a blue LaF in the US). F12 suits colours other than rosso corsa. (rosso fuoco does look tasty though)

The picture does look like TDF blue. It isn't the HRO car, but almost identical. In fact I like the F12 in TDF so much that I have just been lucky enough to acquire one. It is so impressive all round. Without doubt my personal favourite. The 488 will grab headlines which is perfect.
Feel free to share a picture of your TDF F12! Talking of blue F12's DK have got one...

Blu Azzurro doesn't com close; Blu Scuro, Blu Swaters, Blu Pozzi, Blu Scozia, Blu Tour De France and Blu America more so, even Blu Abu Dhabi comes closer ;-)The only other that I know that comes close is Paul Baileys who has it I believe in Azzurro Monaco (epic colour which has been seen on a blue LaF in the US).
