Dear All

I have a tendonitis type injury caused by cycling which I cant budge and which my otherwise excellent general practice physio has run out of ideas in respect of. Can anyone recommend a physio in or around London who is particularly experienced and recommended re cycling injuries? Im gutted at the moment as I managed to fluke a London Ride 100 place and cant do any training

I was thinking of going to see this physio but that is only following a google search

Thanks very much for any pointers or help

I used a terrific chap in Temple Fortune, but it was about 6.5 years ago. He wasn't cycling specific, but had worked with a number of serious athletes. If I can find his mob I'll PM you.

I've used the Sigma Sport clinic in the past and they were really good.
The lady I used to go to only does occasional days there now but the guy who has replaced her seems pretty goo as well.

There is a good one in SE London - Mottingham called Physioactive which specialises in sports injuries, brother is a pro golfer and they've sorted out all of his various ailments and the results of my dad's big motorbike off over a number of years.

Think the specific guy they use is calle Christian but may be wrong on that

Paul at Back on Track is great - he's sorted me and a number of my friends out with our various sporting injuries: http://www.backontrackphysio.co.uk

I've been using pelaton physio for a while now and have had great results from her. I work with some racers who recommended her to me. She is a decent level cyclist. I had really terrible knee issues which she sorted out and got me riding again. I'm going to see her next in April for a riding assessment. I recommend her, she is good.
