M60/62 potholes

Last night I drove from Crewe nack home to Teesside which took me through the roadworks on the M60/62, I remember going over a section of potholes/rough surface which I think were on the join between lanes 2 and 3? after which the car had a slight vibration only when going around 70mph - obviously after the roadworks section. Can anyone tell me where this rough section is as I need to claim for my two offside wheels which now have flat spots. What is galling is that it is only one week since I spent £200 on lightly refurbing all 4 rims. Also is there a 'help phone number for these roadworks.
