Due to be revealed mid 05 the Gallardo is going to be the SV version. There is an upgraded Merci on the way with 680BHP or there abouts.

Thats me waiting for the SV then!

Wonder if it will be rear wheel drive?

Bound do have a further effect on sensitive Gallardo residuals.

From what I can Make out there will be a Gallardo convertable, a Gallardo SV. There will also be a stricly limiter Murci GT-R, then a Murci SV.

I would be suprised if the SV's are 4 WD - and am almost moist with anticipation - so to speak!

note to self...check seats carefully before sitting in Anjums next purchase

I've been given fairly stong hints that there will be another Gallardo Spec Edition as well....(more along lines of GT-R than SV)...will be intersting to see what happens. must be quite hard for em to ensure there isn't too much overlap!

I am wondering how far they will technically be able to stretch that glorious V12 without having to redesign a whole engine.
Any knowledgeable person feeling like about explaining technical limitations, please ?

No idea how much the current V12 has left in terms of capacity or breathing ability.

I guess it depends if they want to go to turbo and/or supercharging. Then it's cooling and component strength to worry about, including the gearbox and all other parts...

It's the "lightweight" versions that I'll be interested to see. The 430 ably proves that power is not the be all and end all, unless you're paying Top Trumps.
