4.0RS Stripes on a 991 GTS

I own a white 991GT3 .Would it be wrong to put the silver and red stripes from a 4.0RS with a slight mod to the door graphics on it. I'm not trying to make it look like something its not. I just like the 4.0 stripes and I'd like to make my car look that bit different. Am I setting my self up for abuse from the Porsche police ?

Is your car a GT3 (as per body of your post) or a GTS (as per the title)? If its a GTS then I think you would need to have aerokit fitted otherwise stripes might look a bit out of place.

Personally I think they would look great on a GT3 or GTS aero, but many people will not agree.

At the end of the day it's your car so do what makes you happy - they are easy to remove come resale if the buyer doesnt like them.

It's your car, you should do whatever makes you happy. Personally I think it would look great and not permanent.
