I think it has personal signification. For the price of 1000 €, one can choose its number plate in Belgium and have whatever you want on it.

That's right personal plates. The price is now 2000 euros. I have the following plates:

600 GAV
STAG
TR6 PI
997TT

and about to add one more (will not post here as I have to reserve it!)
