3000 mile 1 owner CGT sold for.....
Discussion
yup, last year has been a tough one for me - watching cars going from 300k-400k euros (with the 128k km car at c. 265k euros) to now up to 800k euros. at 300-400k I thought, maybe maybe at some point if I am very lucky and make some sacrifices... at 800k I have to accept it will be very very unlikely.
Too bad for me, but nice for the guys who got one. Let's hope they don't all end up in collections, never to be driven, would be a shame for the rest of us

Great for owners but slightly sad news in the sense quite a few will feel even less likely to use them given the uptick in values as people inevitably start feeling slightly constrained by using cars of that kind of value and less of these absolutely fabulous cars are seen around both on track and on the road....

Yes, I tend to agree - but personally it won't stop me. Mine is in for its 8 year engine out service, 19,000 miles under her belt (still not a lot!), and I fully intend to do a couple of big trips this year.
If that means my car is less valuable than these lower mileage motors, then so be it - I'd rather have the experience and the memories.
Cheers

Can I pick 'em or can I pick 'em? Shame I can't afford them.
Two for two on predictions (288 being the previous one).

What's your next prediction?
Then again a wise man would have bought the 993 C2 that was £5k less than the Cayman I actually bought. Still love the Cayman though thankfully, even if it's worth buttons now.
