Eurovelo routes,? good for a weeks holiday

Have a free week to take off by myself and leave the family at home.

Has anyone cycled any of these routes? I'm not really sure how traffic free they are.

Any recommendations? could do 60-70 miles daily with a fair bit of climbing.
