Where to buy good hybrid wheels (with disc hub) ?

I've just been onto all the major online bike stores trying to find a good set of disc hubbed hybrid wheels. None of them seem to have the option of selecting road wheels but with a disc hub meaning it's a headache to find the type of wheels I'm after.

Ideally I wanted a Hope disc hub (or at least a decent hub with sealed cartridge bearings that can be replaced easily), double butted spokes, laced to some reasonable quality disc specific rims.

Anybody got any recommendations or a good online store where I can get these?

Google road disc wheels, loads come up.

Kinesis Crosslight wheels seem to be well regarded, Wiggle have them.

These are epic.
When I bought them November 2013 they were not just backordered, but the next two shipments were pre-sold.

Wide rims, 1500g for the set (which is light for rim brake wheels let alone disc).

I've put 3000 miles on mine, mostly of abuse. I've had to have the rear trued and a new spoke on the front - neither of those were failure, one was a 25mph crash on the road on ice that also did a hell of a lot of damage to the rest of the bike (and me). The spoke went on a rough 100 mile offroad ride.

I've put these wheels through hell and back, couldn't recommend them more. Put some slicks on and they run even better on the road.

The latest version are 11 speed compatible, I bought the last of the 10 speed wheels (doh!)

Errr...Where is this big list?

I have been looking and I haven't found that many.

The Crosslight is the pick of the bunch and Mavic have launched some put they are heavy and expensive compared to the Crosslights.

Shimano have launched some bottom of the range stuff and there are the custom builts, but they are more expensive than the crosslights (Rightly so)

There are some Crosslights available if you hunt about, but the cheapest seller has a backorder till march this year

I priced up some custom builts based on a recommendation from bikeradar and they turned out to be alot more expensive than the crosslights!

There is always the chinese carbon clincher route. Plenty of those to choose from £300 gets you anything from 24mm to 50mm clinchers with disc mounts.

Anyways...The Giant Defy would get my vote for all day comfort Latest frames look really good too.

I've decided to go for the Kinesis Crosslight wheels. There wasn't much choice available but these seem good for the money. Should be arriving later in the week.

Still cant find anything better for the money, or for twice the price.
