I got planning permission on Wednesday to build the second garage block on some land I bought next to the house earlier in the year. Space for eight more cars.

With the words, "I'm only looking today love" being foolishly uttered to Mrs Leg as I left the house at 11am on Saturday I set off with a mate of mine to tour a few garages.

Few hours later I had bought this to join the fleet. Oops! 2011, Gen2, 6000 miles.

That's a stunner! Given sufficient funds that's just what I'd buy - wouldn't change a thing.

Very nice indeed. I just missed out on this one, or identical spec one. 18 months ago at 96k. Crazy where the prices went. Enjoy in good health.

Great choice, almost same spec as mine. Love to see it in it's new home when you've built it. Did you see any other rs's before this ?

You don't really get time to view multiple cars with these things. They come up and they sell. So I only saw this one.

It's from 911 Sport. Not sure why they have a plane!?!

That looks great and 911 Sport are a great bunch. I had to pop out on Saturday afternoon to get some petrol - of course I drove the 50 miles to the Shell station in Horncastle wink

Now I know theres a thread on garages and that car is great but a bit of me cannot wait to see some details on the garage design as I'm just doing mine and waiting on planning. I'm going from 2 to 4 car with a car lift and room above for storage, underfloor heating, wet room....where will it end. I mean a car like yours deserves the best space and if the wife kicks you out for spending all that money you have somewhere to go biglaugh

@ Atom - I'll post the architect plans later when I'm on my pc

EDIT - on this thread http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...

By the way, my current 2 post and my 4 post are from Liftech. They've been spot on and run off a normal plug! I intend to order 4 four post lifts for the new garage from them too.

That GT3 RS is stunning!

Please do a build thread in the Homes, Gardens and DIY section. I'm sure everyone would love to see.
